swimming weather - mid March??

Okay, all you California experts. We will be there from March 15 - 24 and staying at the Candy Cane Inn. Their pool is (supposedly) heated. Will the kids be able to swim in mid-March?

They really enjoyed the pool at Wilderness Lodge last December...but, that was Florida.

Hi Sheila!

Right now the rain is coming down and it's about 48 degrees outside, so thoughts of swimming aren't top of mind.

That said, LAST weekend we had record highs of 90 degrees and it was beautiful.

The moral of the story is, it's hard to tell. Typically in March we'll get highs in the upper 60s to low 70s, too cold for ME to swim but not for die-hard swimming kids who seem immune to the cold! : )
