swimming at the poly and ressie question

we have ressies at the poly for sun,nov.3- thurs,nov 8. Heard the weather is only going to be 70-75. Will the kids still be comfy swimming in the pools after the park, at about 3pm? Any experiences? also, may want to add a day on (thurs, nov8 w/c.o on fri.nov9) if possible. We won't know about our schedule till Sat. nov.2....do you think the hotel will have an open room. We're willing to do it as a room solely or continue to the night onto our package. Thanks

Just got back from Poly yesterday. Was there from Oct 24 to 28th. The weather was high in the 80s, sometimes 90s. It was hot and humid compared to the weather in Massachussets. People there told me that the weather is unusually hot for this time of the year. So I guess you can get those swimming suits ready for you and your kids.

Don't know about the ressie. But the crowd level is pretty low. So you might be able to get the extra day.

Hi!

My son ( 3 years old) and myself and my mom will be staying at the Poly next week too!

You probably will be able to get an extra day, but because it is soap weekend that Saturday and Sunday you might run into a little difficulty. But I'm sure there will be a room somewhere.

We went last year at the same time and it was very comfortable for swimming. It feels warmer too because we are from New England also where it's colder.

We were there last yr in October and most days were only 70 to 74 degrees, but my kids swam. The pool is heated so they were ok in the water, but cold when they got out. My oldest went down the slide over and over and never complained about being cold. DH was another story.
