Sweet Treat for WWers (and Atkins-ers, I think!)

I'm not sure how many carbs you Atkins folks are allowed per day, but there's a great treat called French Twist that are low cal, low fat, AND, I THINK low carb. They have 7g of carb per serving. (I think....I'm at work, and don't have the package in front of me to verify....)

I'll look when I get home, and there's also a website so you can see what the product looks like.

And WWers, they're just one point per serving!!!!

LOL Kath! I was waiting for you to post how many grams of carbs were in these!! I agree, I can't waste 7 carbs on that either, although it sounds wonderful!

They are a little too high for my carb counts too. But I am so glad that you found a treat that you can enjoy with your WW plan! You have come so FAR -- you deserve a treat every now and then!

I saw these at Super Target tonight. After hearing about them from Dan, I decided to pick up a bag of the Cafe Mocha variety.

DiznE, I LOVE the Rasberry ones! My favorites are the maple though. They taste just like french toast sticks from Burger King!!!!
