SWEET SIXTEEN :Have they been kissed? PTR: Updated 8/15

Marv you must have been listening to my grandkids, they ask things like "Do you remember the Pilgrims coming over ???"Actually one of my grandmothers had NO birth certificate , midwives tended not to bother with petty stuff like that!!!
One of the time frames I had toyed with was late June as that was to be the original Peep Fest which seems to have gone by the wayside !! I could actually go in March for my birthday too !!Never been that month either !!So my top 3 right now are March, June, and December , but I also haven't gone in July, November or January soooooo that gives me 6 to pick from !!!

Flight Info Update:

SWA has acquired AirTran and yesterday SWA prices dropped drastically I was able to get the later flight home that I wanted AND we each have a $99 credit !!

I will be looking for those $49 deals this Fall and Winter for a weekend getaway for Judy and the kids !!!( Mine will be a QUIET House )

Also our AirTran flight is arriving half hour earlier so we will be in Orlando by 5pm on the 18th!!!
Now I need to book the Limo !!!!!

Lessa's to do list inspired me to start mine and go thru my Disney Drawer !!WOW I have a lot of stuff already !!But here are a few things I need

1. OFF
2.Rain Ponchos (did find 2 of our Disney raincoats but haven't located the other 3 .
3. DRYER SHEETS(this one is an always forget and became a topic of hilarity a few trips ago)
4. More Glo Sticks /wands
5. Batteries

Would appreciate any ideas that I may not have and should have !!!

"]I just wanted to share about my co workers daughter being granted a WISH!!i Tori is a 16year old girl diagoised with Thyroid Cancer . She has undergone many treatments and hospital stays including CHEMO!!! It has been hard on Tori and the family!!Her Mom Jess has had to take much time off work and as a single Mom this has been a huge burden financially !!One of the sacrifices they have mad is NO INTERNET so she can't share her story and Tori's with my Dis Family !She has gone to the library and checked out the Dis and tried to find as much info as she can !!
I remember from Tim's PTR that the waiting for info from WISH was a little trying and she has the same issues !!
So far she knows that they have a villa booked for June 25th at M.A.W village and that a Limo will take them to the airport and a rental car is provided !! Also a day at Seaworld as Tori mentioned the Dolphins during her interview !!
Jess (her Mom) told me the kid's have never seen the oceon so she plans to drive to Daytona for the day !!
Tori was over the moon happy when the WISH lady told her if she wanted icecream at 3 a.m. she could have it !!
I have described the Village to her from Tim's many posts and they are all soooo excited about this .
Jess told me she hadn't applied before because she thought there were more needy kids !! I soon set her straight and linked her to the site and with in a very short time they were approved !! Jess has already signed up to help at camps this summer as her way of giving back for this sooooo deserved WISH!![/SIZE]

on the flight deals...that's awesome.

You might want to pick up one of those cheap plastic shoe racks that hang on the door...it might come in handy for all of the "female cosmetics, etc.).

I am so happy that Tori got her WISH.

I think I will look for a cheap shoe thingie !1Ithink I have seen them at Doller Tree and ya don't get much cheaper than that!!!!
I am also waiting to hear from the TA for my Free Trip I gave her my lists of restaurants and she is booking them for October !! Will post when I get them !!I already know that our trip is booked solid with a waiting list !!They even mentioned Dan going as a second trip !!!Can't wait to hear if he is game !!As if a Disney Nut woodn't be !!!

Today has been very eventful it's hard to know where to begin!!!So I think I'll start with the Managers meeting today, where again the refused to let me be on the SEXUALITY CommitteeSomething about it was hard to be serious with me rolling on the floor !!

Lots of Free Trips stuff going on !! Dan as I mentioned was asked to also go to Disney in October .. He is over the MOON excited !!!! But he has sorta conned me into going to Cedar Point with him in September , really didn't take much conning !!Free Trip free food yup Rosie is there

I got 3 at exactly the time I requested and for 10 people I think it is amazing , only 1 that is really late for us is Teppon Edo as it it on our Travel day , but I figure if they are tired after we eat we wont stay for Illuminations

Just home from another of the dances !!We had a ball , you all know how I feel about watching them simply enjoy!!I took the gals from my part time job and sat next to my own house guys !! I left my camera on the table and a couple of pix were taken of me making a complete idiot of my self on the dance floor which I promise to upload and post !!

Torrow is my Great Nephews First Communion , we are going to the church in the morning and then Judy and Kyle are going to the party tomorrow afternoon while I am working

Sleep is calling me soo I will say goodnight !!!

We are just back from the first communion !!! It was really nice sorry, no pix . I am going to the party for a little while , one of the many bennies of being the Boss!!My sister inlaw( even if her brother and I are divorced she is and always will be my DSIL)is very close to Judy and vice a versa and Judy is very sensitive to her needs . Marilyn is the type who would be hurt if Judy didn't show up for something like this , luckily the cousins all get along well so it isn't hard to join all the family stuff and my ex never shows up , which hurts Marilyn a lot !!!

Tonight I will try to post pix of the dance last night !! I took a bunch as all the couples wanted pix together and I have to get them printed now along with about 100 others !!
