My order is head first, left arm, right arm.

Normally I put both arms through and then ZIP! (I prefer hooded sweatshirts with a front zip ... currently wearing one now ) But for other sweatshirts I put both arms through and get my hands through the arm holes so I can pull it over my head with my hands. That way if I have my glasses on instead of contacts or my sunglasses I can make sure I don't knock them off

Bernie, I thought both first meant both at the same time. In the mornings, I'm not coordinated to do 2 things at once. I'm lucky I get to work or where I'm going and not get there naked most mornings. I guess I can vote now.

I put my head thru first then my arms...i LOVE sweatshirts...I probably have over 30....thats all i ever wear!! there so...comfortable!!!! I don't what i would do if i didn't have any....
