Swap vouchers Park Hopper

Hi everyone,

For my next trip in september, I booked all my vacation through a French travel agency website (Flights + Rental car + Hotel + Vouchers for Disneyland).

I bought a vouchers for 4 Days Park Hopper for both Disney parks. I would like to know, where can I swap these vouchers : At our arrival in our good neighbor hotel (Best Western Anaheim Inn) or in the cash desk of Disneyland ?

Sorry I can't help you but didn't the agency you bought the vouchers from give you any information?

Read your vouchers, most of these are swapped a the Disney ticket turnstiles....sometimes you have to go to Guest Services or the ticket booths tho. Both are in the esplanade between the parks.

I first called my agency to ask them where I have to go with my vouchers. But they didn't know how to help me. I read my vouchers to have more informations, but no more chance !

Someone on this forum gave me the phone number of Disneyland. I called them. The cast said me to go get our ticket admission by swapping the vouchers at the ticket booths next to the main entrance of Disneyland.

Now I hope, we won't have problem because our vouchers are written in French. So we'll see...
