Will be checking in the Swan on March 29 for the busy Easter week. When I checked in in December, 2001, the person at the Starwood desk said that she would assign balcony rooms for my March/April 2002 trip. I have no confirmation of this. I want to send a fax to the hotel requesting rooms with a balcony/Resort view (I think that I saw somewhere on this site a link that includes a fax form that can be used for this purpose. I am a repeat Swan/Dolphin guest and have been treated well by the resort in the past (and also a Starwood member). In addition to my family, I am taking extended family on this trip, including an uncle with medical issues. I doubt the handicapped accessible rooms at the resort have balconies. Can anyone recommend floors/rooms with great views from the Swan? Thank you.
