Swan Room Location

What's the best room location?? We've never stayed at the Swan, we'll be checking in early (8:00) on Thursday am. I know our room won't be ready, but I'd love to request a parkview (prefer Epcot)...Do I just say "I'd prefer to be on an upper floor (as high as you can get us) with and Epcot view, if possible"? Or should I request a certain section of the hotel?
