Swan Reserve Linking Issue

My reservation for 1 week from tomorrow at the Swan Reserve was through Marriott and is for 2 adults. On MDE it only shows as 1 adult, I can't add my wife. Disney support keeps telling me to call Marriott. Marriott is telling me there is nothing more they can do. I was suppose to book LL tomorrow, but now I can't. Any ideas how to fix this?

Yes, but just me. Could not add another.

You want to call the SwanDolphin #407-934-4000 Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM usually asking for In-House Reservations is best but just make sure you have a S/D employee, if you talk with the 800 reservation number you will get no where. As @Lewisc mentioned you can also try downloading the SwanDolphin Mobile App and use the Text Us! option to request assistance. In both cases its the local team you want.

Those of us on the Swan Dolphin thread have seen this type of issue pop up many times. The S/D system and Disney are not automated it appears and require a person to be "hands on" to fix the issue. Make sure call isn't transferred to Marriott. If so call back and ask for the front desk. I don't know if your call is literally answered at the desk but that department can handle it.

When you made your reservation you probably forgot to change the default from 1 guests per room to 2
