Just FYI I booked the Swan for one night in July of 2006 for $159 a night. It's an internet-only fully prepaid reservation so you have to cough up the cash right away for it, however it's a great deal.
We're travelling on the Disney Magic the next day so we're flying down one day early to avoid any potential problems.
