Last time we booked Fast Pass+, we stayed at the Beach Club and were able to book all of our fast passes for the duration of our stay starting at the 60 day mark. I just spoke to the rep at the WDW Swan hotel and she told me that I could only book fast passes for one day at a time- as each day reached the 60 day mark. Does anyone have past experience with this?

That rep was incorrect.

You are considered an onsite guest and your complete FP booking window opens 60 days prior to check-in.

See the FP FAQ for onsite booking.

Swan and Dolphin FP+ is 60 days for the entire stay, sometimes ADR's are 180 and then rolling (one day at a time) other times they are 180 for the length of stay.

We are at the Dolphin in a couple weeks and I was able to book my FP+ at T60 for my entire stay.

I just talked to a Disney representative and she thinks that both ADR and FP+ are for length of stay- but was not 100% positive. Now waiting for an email response from the WDW Swan hotel.

Thank you very much for both people that responded. If anyone else has past experience, please chime in.

I stayed at the Dolphin last September and was able to book at 60 days for the entire trip.

S/D is 60 days, length of trip for fastpass. DR's normally are 180, day by day, but often people get 180+10, luck of the draw. Try to see if you can get the 180+10.

I have a 14 night reservation this Christmas. I was able to book 10 days of ADRs at 180 days. Days 11-14 opened at 181, 182 etc..

Just got an email response from the Swan (after placing a 2nd response) Here it is: (I deleted the Agent's name)

Good Afternoon,

My apologies, it is 60 days to the day. This would mean they need to be made separately.

Warm Regards,

Guest Service Agent
Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort

So according to her it would be a rolling reservation. Each set of Fast Pass+ reservations would have to be booked separately. Not good news for us!

I sent her a reply indicating my unhappiness with varied responses and she reconfirmed that Fast Pass+ is a rolling reservation.

Anyone else out there with personal experience booking Fast Pass+ with a Swan reservation? Thanks!

Whoever sent you that is incorrect.

Swan is considered onsite for booking FPs and you’ll be able to book FPs for all your park days when your window opens - dependent upon the MDX system working at 7a on your booking day. :)

I booked fast passes for the whole trip at 60 days in June for my family staying at Swan next week.

Yes -this is disappointing as its wrong.

Swan and Dolphin have always had the T60 for length of stay FP+ booking window.

Recent personal experience - we are leaving Saturday for a stay at the Dolphin, booked all my FP+ at T60 :)

Yes. “Way back in the beginning”, Disney used the Swan and Dolphin as the original guinea pigs to test the “book in advance” FP+ system.

And Disney used S/D as the model for 60-day FP length of stay booking and EMH for the current DSprings Hotel perks.

We decided to do a split stay and added a night at Pop Century for the 1st day. When I booked the ADRs last weekend, the reservation system opened up as expected for Pop Century but did not extend through Swan stay that started on the same day that we checked out from Pop Century. I had to go online the next day to access the ADRS for the Swan dates. My husband called Disney and she said that the system would not recognize split stays. Any experience with this?

I should also add that I was able to book ADRs for length of stay at the Swan.

For ADRs, Disney treats 2 onsite stays separately.

For FPs, FP booking opens for all park days of the Split Stays.
