Hi,
We are starting to plan for a 2015 extended family vacation - there will be three families with a total of 10 people. My parents are sponsoring the trip and my dad is retired military, so we have the option to stay at Shades of Green (SoG).
In doing a bit of research, we have found similar rates between SoG and a Costco deal at Swan/Dolphin - does anyone have any experience and able to comment on which resort you would choose over the other?
I know it is possible to go even cheaper on a military rate at a value resort, but we are interested in a more deluxe experience. We are looking for a nice, clean, resort with an upscale feel (which these resorts seem to offer from the online pictures - but I know these can be deceiving...) and a great Disney experience (convenience to the parks, etc.). TripAdvisor had quite a few comments stating that the Swan/Dolphin are showing their age...
Welcome any thoughts/tips from you fabulous Disers! Thanks!
