Where can I find the info on how Disney lost owner ship of the Swan and Dolphin Hotels?

I did google it and did not come up with the info I wanted. I asked on here because I heard the story on dis. I have tried searching on here but have not come up with it, so I was hoping some one could point me in the right direction.
