Swan/Dolphin & DCL transportation questions

Hey all-

We're looking at booking a 4-night Disney cruise right before Christmas, then spending about 3 nights at Swan or Dolphin over the holiday. Trying to square away the transportation elements. I know staying at S&D Magical Express is not an option.

To the port, we can take the Disney transportation (i'm pretty sure). What about getting from Port Canaveral back to the resort? And how about returning to MCO afterwards?
