morning

DH is HOME!!!!!! yay!!!! he got home last night at a little after 11pm. it was so nice to sleep along side him again. well, until he started snoring!

bad news is that he has to go back next week. and this time, he'll be gone for TWO nights instead of just one!!

the house does appear to be moving right along, doesn't it? but once they are done with the framing, it will seem as if nothing's happening for awhile. they'll be doing the inside stuff that you don't see...*sigh*

i am so not a baseball fan. my brother used to play baseball when he was younger but that was about the last time i was ever interested in the sport! i'm more of a football gal!! but i was sad to see the cubbies lose...i feel bad for that cubbie fan who caught the ball the other night too!

Ok now all you sox fans....yesterday I was having a chat with Katie.....she's my 3 month old....and yes we have chats......anyway I asked her before the game if she thought Nomar would finally get a hit tonight....she grinned real big and kicked her feet.....Now I didn't know if she was telling my yes he'll finally start hitting or if she was laughing at him Well anyone who watched the game now knows that little Katie was telling me he was going to hit and many times
So today I asked her if she thought the Sox might win tonight...and she stuck her whole fist in her mouth
Now how should I interpret that???
My first thought was...its going to be a nail biter

actually I'm running out to see the local boys HS soccer team play "under the lights" they only do that once a year and it's a big fundraiser for the Booster Club. They sell lots of food and "stuff" The boys are really good and I haven't seen a game yet (since DD is no longer dating a player) but some of them are her friends and well, it will keep my mind of the Sox for teh next couple of hours
