Swan/BLT logistics question

We have an upcoming split stay at Swan followed my Bay Lake. If we don't have a car, does anyone have thoughts on the best way to get our luggage from the Swan to BLT? Is Uber our only option?

Bell Services will still transfer luggage from Swan/Dolphin to the Disney resorts, including BLT. It won't be delivered there until late afternoon, so keep with you anything you might need during the day, e.g. medication. Transferring yourself via Uber and checking your luggage with BS there if your room isn't ready yet allows access to your luggage during the day, if you need it.

I asked the dolphin via chat if they can transfer luggage to BWV.
They informed me they do not.
As a side note they answered my chat in about 8 hours.

Hmm. Check on the Swan/Dolphin thread - to be sure their chat is more reliable than Disney’s.

We transferred from the Swan to VGF in October. I didn't want to risk luggage transfers, so we used Lyft. It was very easy. I would consider using Lyft XL or Uber XL if you have a lot of luggage.
