Before I call SWA again, I want to make sure that I am not just being stupid. I booked our flight to MCO on SWA on Friday, and the times on the schedule just don't make sense to me. Indy is Central Time and Orlando is Eastern Time, right? So Indy is 1 hour behind Orlando (e.g., when it is noon in Orlando, it's only 11 am in Indy).
Now the schedule for the departing flight says it leaves Indy at 12:55pm and arrives MCO at 3:05pm. I called SWA yesterday, and the Customer Service person confirmed that the departure time would be Indy time and the arrival time would be Orlando time. If this is true then the flight only takes 1 hour 10 minutes??
Then the return flight leaves Orlando at 10:35am and arrives in Indy at 1:00pm. That would make a flight of 3 hours 25 minutes?
How can this be?
Both of these flights are non-stops. Please tell me where I'm going wrong???
