SWA past 1st week of April, anyone recall from last year?

Anyone recall when it was SWA opened up booking for the 1st part of April 2004 last year? On I believe 10-21 they moved booking from I think mid March, to where it stands now at 4-1-05.

I'm waiting for the same. Trying to book trip during mid April.

I called SWA and they say they never know.

I am not-so-patiently waiting for dates in mid-May. If I remember correctly from last year, Southwest released dates through 5/8 last year in December (a little before the 15th) and then in mid-January they released dates through 6/11. If this is the case for this year, I will have to buy one way tickets to Orlando in December and then wait until January to buy our tickets to come home - or maybe I should just forget about these and stay there forever!

I remember ........ approximately ........ December 11th or 12th. Our trip was the weekend after Easter, so it was April 17th AND the cheapest flights literally disappeared right in front of my eyes. I was booking on line around 10 AM and taking my time deciding on which flight to choose and then it was gone! A lot of the flights sold out that first day.

There might have been a bit of a delay releasing those dates because SWA was opening up a new market (? Philadelphia or Pittsburgh, whichever one just opened up last year) and the schedule wasn't finalized. At least that's what my girlfriend was told when she spoke with a SWA supervisor.

We're flying out Easter/Spring break time, and with little other competition flying out of our area, I was really banking on SW.

I remember reading that SW flights for my time period would be available for booking sometime in Nov-Dec. Someone even had written that it might be Jan. '05 before Spring '05 would be open.

Despite that, I started checking early. In Sept., SW opened up Feb. '05 dates. In October (the 22nd to be exact), SW opened up March 2005 dates. We booked on the 22nd and it was well worth the daily checking!!!!!

So, for those looking for April dates, I wouldn't start the daily checking game in December. I'd start it this month if you are able.
