SWA ?? - Can you get a credit if the price goes down?

Will SWA issue a credit if the price of your airfare goes down? If so, can I do it online?

Yes-You can get a credit from SW if the fare goes down. If you're really lucky, they might even give you a credit on your credit card. That's what I was able to do. When I saw the fares had gone down, I called their Customer Service # and spoke with a very nice rep. He walked me through the process on-line as you have to have them "cancel" your ressie and then have you re-book with the credit confirmation # they'll give you. He then put in the request to the Refund area to refund the savings for me and they did credit my credit card for the savings!
