Hi, I have a ressie for 4 adults one-way BWI-MCO in September (all on a single confirmation code). 1 of the adults needs to cancel -- anyone had any luck with this w/ Customer Service (I'd call myself but they are only open M-F and I am anxious...)
I don't want to cancel and rebook online because (of course) the $79 fares I have are all gone for our flight time so I'd have to pay $134 each instead of $79.
I don't care if the $79 is credited to my card or turned into ticketless funds - I just need to cancel 1 person somehow without affecting the other 3 of us.
I guess I am also assuming that CS needs to handle this and not reservations...?
