SWA at MCO on a Friday evening...a couple of questions

Our SW flight leaves MCO tomorrow night at 9:35. We plan to be there around 7 to return our rental car, so would be doing curbside check in. We haven't done it at MCO before.

How bad will the lines be on a Friday evening? I know MCO security is tedious at best, unless something has changed.

Southwest does have a curbside checkin? We have three largish bags that we don't want to drag in to the terminal.

I only have a PDF of my boarding passes...I couldn't get it sent directly to my phone for some reason. Will that be ok for the curbside?

Then we can go inside and print our passes I guess? I have to line up for the desk anyway, as I have to pay for/present my dog.

If you have to go to the counter anyway, I would just check the bags there! I wouldn't stand in one line at curbside, check the bags, then go inside and get in another line to deal with the dog. You will be given regular boarding passes when you check your bags. You will probably have a lot of company, both on the road and at the airport....but if you're there by 7 you will be fine.
