SW.when can I expect end of Oct beg of Nov dates to be released and refund ???

We are flying out Oct 27 coming home Nov 5th. Anyone have experience with these dates?? When can we expect these dates released....thanks

Also, last year I booked, then about a month later the rates went down and we got a refund. Apparently this is not the norm for SW. Anyone else had luck getting a refund. I would like to book right away cause of flight times I want but also want to take advantage of cheaper rates if possible.

My best guess from reading other SW threads is that we will see October fares available around the 1st of May.... it seems that ususally they do around 30-45 days worth fares at a time.... but you never know.... you ever heard the old addage "watched fares never extend to your trip weeks.."
