SW, POP, DME and hotel boarding passes?

Did I hear this right....
That POP is now handling boarding passes for SW departures?
I always fly SW for the free bags and always had to drag my bags to the airport on my own.....Does POP do that now?

Pop will do that now (as long as you're taking DME!)
