Hello All!

I'm planning a trip for my wife, myself, and our son Andrew who will be a little over 2 years old when travel to Orlando. I was having a hard time on settling on somewhere that he'd have fun too..and figured Seaworld & Orlando would be a good choice. Am I making the right decision? Will a 2 year old have fun at Seaworld? i've read about shamu's playland area..also, where else might be good to go with a 2 year old? I'm afraid he might be too young for disney..but maybe im wrong. I just want to make sure our first true family vacation is a good time had by all..Let me know How sea world is for a 2 year old and any other ideas! We're going down in May for 3 nights/4 days...

Thanks all!

Greg

Our youngest was 2 the first time we went to Sea World and he did enjoy it. The playland is a good area and of course the live shows (Shamu/Clyde and Seamore) are best bets for young kids. The mystify show is good but probably won't keep your toddler's attention.

Hi

I took my son who was just over two and he loved all the parks, WDW and Seaworld but I have to say Seaworld was his favourite place but the characters in WDW are obviously a big pull.

Other things to see which he may enjoy:

Feeding the Dolphins,
Feeding the Sealions,
Penguins
Clydesdale Horses

Just a few ideas for you to see

Do they still have the Caribbean tide pool at Sea World Orlando? I remember our girls loved it, and one was 2 at the time. Although, that was about 12 years ago.
