SW anyone having trouble getting their bonus points from the buy points promo?

We bought some extra points last night on SW and got the base points but not the bonus ones from their promo. I've called 3 times and they said they were having problems and since it was a 3rd party giving them out, I would have to wait. I need to change my flight and I need those points in order to do it. I just hope the airfare doesn't go up in the meantime.

I purchased 1,000 points + 250 bonus points on June 13th and received both instantaneously; no delay whatsoever. I had no clue it was a 3rd party giving them out. How frustrating for you and I hope they get it fixed quickly.

Update- they basically gave me some more points so I'd have enough to change my flight and then about 5 days later I finally got the bonus points deposited into my account.

I wondered what happened. Glad you were able to get resolution, but probably not worth the stress.
