I happened to be surfing around the channels and noticed that Suze was on. I've probably only watched her show about 3 times, but at the moment I happened to see it the caller was asking about setting up a Trust account for her children. Anyway, Suze is offering access to her Will & Trust kit via her website for free. The offer is short...I can't remember quite how long, but I think it might be only for a day or two from today (11/27). If anyone is interested, go to her website and use the gift code "CNBC" for the will and trust kit. I've never used it, so I can't vouch for it.

Me too! I think we all losy our minds by the end of it.

Thank you for posting this!! I was able to order 2 for myself and DH. We desperately need to get something together but he is without employment and we have opted not to spend (o.k....as much as possible during the holiday season) until he finds work!

Was this only for yesterday? It is showing up as $13.50 for me this morning unless I am looking at the wrong site.

Thanks,

Dawn

Maybe the discount code makes it zero at the end, but I was afraid to enter my credit card info not being sure.

A word of caution from somebody that has had to deal with the aftermaths of these type of wills - PLEASE PLEASE check with an Estates Attorney in your state. Even though the Federal laws are standard on the amount of taxes to pay in case of your death the State Laws are NOT and not all states will accept all Estate Trusts if they don't have the "exact" sites to the state laws. Also, an attorney will be the right person to tell you exactly what should go into the trust for your state.

OK, back to my cruising for all the bargains!!!!

I must be doing something wrong because I put in CNBC and hit apply code and it still comes up as charging my cc $13.xx.

Dawn

Thank you, OP.
In-laws were just discussing wills over thanksgiving (lovely topic, I know), but it is something we have been proscrastinating too long.

Thanks, OP! DD needed to get a will in order - we'll set her up with this and then run it by our attorney to make sure it meets all our state requirements:thumbsup2
