suvey.bz: real??

I received a survey from "Disney Consumer Research" that links to a site called "survey.bz" that contains zero Disney branding. Does anybody know if this survey is real or if this site is a scam? Thanks!

I don't recall ever seeing a survey from Disney that wasn't filled with their branding.

What email address was used to send the survey? If it did not come from Disney it is probably a fake.
