Sushi questions?

I absolutely LOVE sushi, I used to eat all types and couldn't get enough. Well, recently I was told by my doctor that due to circumstances, I can no longer eat raw fish!

Well, DH and I cannot stop drooling over the sushi pics that people post. Does anybody know if there is anyplace in Disney that tells which sushi is raw and which is not?

I'd hate to schedule an ADR based on delicious sushi just to find out there's really not a lot for me to eat!

the normal dining number. Disney recommends this on their site if you have questions, allergies or other dining related health issues.

I also ran across this number some time ago for special dietary needs. (407) 824-5967 I don't know if it's still in operation.
