I thought it would be helpful to start a thread with sushi options on the DDP (entree) and DxDP (app or entree). Based on my research, here is what I have found. Please post and correct as necessary:

Cali Grill (2 credits) - on the DDP you can get any of the sushi options as an entree; on the DxDP, you can get the 2 most expensive options (Yoshi Deluxe and what used to be snake in the grass) as an entree, the rest count as apps.

Tokyo Dining - Can only get the sushi platters (not the rolls) as a DDP or DxDP entree

Kona Sushi Bar - 1 roll on the DDP; 2 rolls (one app, one entree) on DxDP

Kona - Can order from the Kona Sushi Bar. On DDP, 1 roll. On DxDP, up to 2 rolls (one app, one entree)

Wolfgang Puck Cafe - ?

Teppan Edo - Cannot get sushi as an app on DxDP.

Sushi on CS credits:
Sunshine Seasons - 1 roll (from the refrigerated case)
Captain's Cook - 1 roll (from the refrigerated case)
Starring Rolls - 1 roll from (from the refrigerated case)
Yakitori House - 1 roll

Kona sushi bar - I do not think they will give you 2 rolls on DDP, just DxDDP.

It's been a year or so, but I've gotten sushi from the sushi bar as an appetizer on the DxDDP when we ate at Konas. You just have to ask for the sushi menu. In fact, we've gotten it twice there as an appetizer.

You can also get the prepackaged sushi rolls as an entree for a CS credit at Sunshine Seasons in Epcot and Starring Rolls in DS.

Sushi at Kona comes from the sushi bar so you can get 1 as entree with DDP and 2 with deluxe. Same as at the sushi bar.
(Andres who runs the sushi bar makes great stuff. I actually liked his better than Cali Grill. Cali Grill didn't roll it tightly and it all fell apart.....a pet peeve of mine with sushi.)

Yes, quick service sushi is at Captain Cooke's in the frig case. Also at Starring Rolls in DHS. both places it's around $8 or 1 QS credit.
Also, EPCOT has Yakatori house in Japan that is QS. I wasn't crazy about it though because it was not cold...so i have no idea how they were storing it. I had the cali roll there so we ate it. Had it been one of the raw fish options I would not have eaten it at that temp. because we were told it was all premade. It would have been understandable that it was not so cold if it was fresh made. But premade should have been well chilled while sitting there. I don't think i would go back again for sushi there (also explains why it was near empty when epcot was packed).

Thanks for the updates! I feel I really missed out by staying at Poly and only visiting Kona for lunch.

I ate sushi at Yakitori in Sept. of last year, and mine was served cold. Maybe yours was a one-time thing. Perhaps someone laid it out of the refrigerator for too long. I really enjoyed mine... also had the Cali roll. I also had sushi at Sunshine Seasons and really enjoyed it. If I had known that I could get sushi from Kona Sushi bar on the DDP as an entree, I might have done that too.

Thanks to OP! Great sushi thread. :thumbsup2
