Final 3 vs Final 2: What do you prefer?

I personally prefer a final 2. I don't know why they even started doing the whole "Final 3" concept, but maybe it's because most people prefer Final 3. How about you?

I am a final 2 fan ... kept hoping that they might go back to that, but alas, I guess not.

Put me down as someone who enjoys the final 2 as well. I think Final 3 is a waste because I think almost always 1/3 gets 0 votes as they are undeserving compared to the other 2 so might as well just skip to final 2.

I like final 3 because the survivors have to do more of the "winning" on their own merits---not just voting out the biggest competition. It puts the decision in the hands of the jury rather than the hands of the winner of the final immunity competition. That is more fair in my opinion.

I wouldn't been so annoyed if he had whined about being lied to. But he kept whining about how important his mother is to him. Like she is more important to him than anyone else's loved one.

Fabio's point was that he only gets to see his mother twice a year while when Holly gets home, she will be living with her husband. He wasn't inplying that his loved one was more important than someone else's. He just wanted an opportunity to spend time with someone he doesn't see often.

Did Fabio also imply that Chase would take him w/ him this time? Figuring it would be a family type reward? Or am I confusing this week w/ last weeks comments?

Chase told Fabio that he would take him and Sash if he won the reward challenge. Instead he took Sash and Holly. That is why Fabio was upset.

But they showed Fabio and Chase having a conversation about how if either of them won, they were going to take each other and Sash. They even talked about the mother connection. And I think he handled it well. When Chase got back to the camp, he vented his frustration and then dropped it. He didn't go on and on after Chase got back because he knew that would cause problems. If Chase had never said he was taking Fabio and gotten his hopes up, I don't think he would he "whined" at all.
