Kirby, but realize she was just as willing to betray her new spit/shake alliance by even considering voting with the evil stepsisters! Why she even considered going that route is beyond me. If it was down to the 3 of them of course they would have voted her out!

I'm really sorry to see her go but I'll say it again, she dug her own grave on this one.

And sorry, Christie, but you don't *let everyone know* you're waffling on your vote.

I hope Matt wins it all now. Butch won't make it to the final 2, but I think the rumors probably are true. However, if Matt wins it, it'll break the pattern -- every season it's been m/f/m/f/m -- time for another female winner. If they keep that pattern, that says either Heidi or Jenna is going to take home the million. I really hope they break it for once!

I hope you are correct! I really wanted a female to win but....
I wanted Christy to win it all, but she did do herself in tonight. A couple of weeks ago I wanted Deena to win and her attitude turned me (and the tribe) against her. Matt is kinda weird and Rob is a snake. The "sticks" are out, I have never liked either of them - that leaves Butch, hummm....it's like they purposely do not film and show him like the others for some reason, why is that? I want to root for him (cause he is a school principal and that is admirable) but don't have enough info to go with. What to think???

As long as neither Jenna or Heidi win I'll be happy. Crazy Matt is my new favorite...... I think he's crazy like a fox- Ya know what I mean? Jenna and Heidi are still in Jr. High- they're the popular girls and they think everyone else ought to just be honored to be near them.

I truly was shocked last night, too. I agree, however, that Christie dug her own grave on this one. *sigh* I really wanted her to win the game. Can't wait to see her on the morning show!!

What continually gets me is how manipulative and self-centered Heidi and Jenna are.....Jenna particularly. It's always the waterworks and accusations of "You are so selfish" whenever they don't get their way. I hope they are properly ashamed when they see themselves on TV, but I doubt it will make any impact.

I thought that was a pretty interesting comment myself. When she said it I asked DH what Heidi had given up for other people. My DH's response......her top! ROFL!!!!

This was a great episode but it sure didn't end the way I wanted it to. I really thought Christy was playing it smart but she made way to many mistakes last night. The others need to learn that if you get cocky and arrogant then you are going down. I think that is why Rob is doing so well. He may be a snake (did anyone notice how they kept going back between Rob saying something and the picture of that BIG snake! LOL!) but he knows that at every tribal council he is vulnerable despite what other people have promised.

It didn't suprise me to see the 'stick twins' behave the way they did last night. It really annoyed me the way they started going after Christy and then after all of that *itching they did about Rob being such a traitor and they would never deal with him again...what did they do? Hello? Are you so stupid that you can't remember what you just said? And then to have the nerve to claim that you are playing the game ethically? I don't think so! They are playing it for the money and for their shot at the Playboy cover!

My favorites are Butch and Matt but I also would not mind if Rob won. Rob has played the best. He may not always be the nicest guy out there but he knows the game and he does play it well.

I have to agree Christie should have kept quiet...don't count your chickens before they hatch especially with all the twists and turns this Survivor has taken.

I'm pretty sure Butch will go next week because he's a threat to anyone who is up against him in the final two....AND he was kept out of the loop with the vote last night.

It will be a smart move for anyone to keep Rob because whoever is up against Rob in the final two will win.

Christy did do herself in But I can understand why it went to her head. She has been treated like crap for most of the time on the island and finally she had a little something. How could she trust the stick twins who treated her so badly until they needed her? And how could she trust Rob (how can anyone?). I could't believe that after all the crap, the stick twins decided to go with Rob again. HELLO!!!

Rob does deserve to win this game. He has played extraordinarily well thus far. But if one of those women (and I use the term lightly) does I'll just puke.

I am sooooo upset about Christy getting voted off, but she did it to herself. At this point, as long as Jenna or Heidi don't win, I don't care who wins. I cann't stand Jenna and Heidi and their attitudes. My DS11 and DS13 watch Survivor with me, and I make sure to stress that most women are NOT like that and if they ever meet a girl like Jenna or Heidi, stay away!!!!

I too am disappointed that Christy was voted off, but like other posters have said, she did do herself in. As soon as she told Rob she wasn't sure what she was going to do, I knew she would be off.
Jenna and Heidi are getting on my last nerves, so of course that means one of them will win the million

Matt won a challange so he could spend time with a family member, he was then asked if it was better to give than receive, so he "gave" and all the others got 10 minutes with a family member...but when all was said and done, they allowed him an evening to spend alone with his Mom.

Oh, I forgot, later on in one of those single interviews, I think it was Rob said that "anyone" would have done what Matt did and it really wasn't a big deal....sheesh....I think it was a big deal, cause Matt didn't know they would later let him see his Mom and I bet Jenna wouldn't have given up seeing her family member for the sake of the others...JMHO

Jenna and Heidi have driven me nuts from day 1, I can't wait to see one of them get it. I am disappoinyed they voted Kristy off, instead of one of them. Rob is pond scum, but he is playing the game...

The whole time Christy was telling Rob she didn't know who she would vote for, I was yelling at the TV "Don't tell him that - have you learned nothing?" I couldn't believe she could make such a tactical error and turn the game around so quickly.

I'd love for Butch to win, but as others have noted, he has made no enemies so no one would want to go against him in tribal council, so I think they'll get rid of him soon. But, if I was Rob and Matt, I would want to break up the Jenna/Heidi alliance pronto. As even Alex had noted, they will NEVER vote against each other and as the number of players decreases, their vote of two will have more and more impact.

If the rumors of the final two end up being correct, I guess I'm now rooting for Matthew. Can't stand the twins and Rob is just too annoying and has gotten his way a little too long in my book.

Now Jenna gave Heidi the immunity necklace and said she had a strategy for doing that ....do you think she did this because she said she is not a backstabber and new that Christie would vote her off. Now she has reasoning for her vote for Christy. I can't think of another reason.

Just saw Christy on The Early Show. She admitted right up front that she felt that she had a little bit of power for once and she let it go to her head. No excuses, she screwed up and she realizes that. She wasn't playing games with Rob when she wouldn't commit to him. She apparently really hadn't decided because even though she didn't want to have an alliance with the twigs, she knew Rob had stabbed people in the back before and didn't feel totally comfortable voting with him. A caller asked why her anger was directed at the twigs and not everyone else that voted for her and she said that there was a lot of frustration with them that had built up over the way they had treated her over the course of the show. She was also mad that they would exclude her the way they did for the whole show then be nice when they needed her vote.

I was thinking about that....

I think it might have been a backup in case Matt changed his mind at the last minute. Maybe their alliance with him was too loose for comfort. See if Matt voted with Butch and Christy, it would have been a 3-3 split - Heidi vs. Christy, at which point they go to prior votes. Perhaps Heidi had more prior votes than Jenna did.

It could have been some planning for the future...to keep Heidi's vote count down.
