I agree with Tulirose- Butch gets very little face time. I don't think we know him as well as we could. Matt does look emaciated and sometimes very intense. I just hope he's not as naive as he appears. I would like to see Rob go next. I have thought from the start that he's mean-spirited and malicious. Good riddance to the one who got the boot tonight! Next week looks good- the four sunbathing while the other three work their keisters off.

Thank goodness I don't have to hear Deena talking about being in control and no one knows it! I was laughing my butt off. She had gotten soooo annoying with her arrogance! I'm really pulling for Christy, Butch and if I had to pick one more Alex. Matt just gets weirder and weirder every week. The girls crying still has me curious. They probably found out that Playboy is interested in doing a pictorial!

What did Jenna mean when she remarked to Alex, he picked the right one?

I liked Deena but I agree with everyone she was a bit arrogant. She was surprised and so was I she was voted out. I thought Rob was loyal to their alliance. Oh well, all is fair in love and war and Survivor!

Great show last night. Roflmao when Heidi said she had brains and athletic ability! I wasn't sorry to see Deena go. I would like Matt out next. He is sooo creepy. LuckyMom your playboy comment was good, LOL.

Ok, I'm in the minority - I liked Deena. She WAS too arrogant, and she should have realized that she should have stifled it around the "cute girls." But I really admire strong women. Now I'm rooting for Christy, and maybe Butch. Rob's lying is really starting to bug me; wonder how long it'll take the remaining survivors to figure out that he's been playing them worse than Deena ever did?

We were howling when Heidi said she brought "her intelligence and athletic ability" to the game!! She has proved her lack of intelligence, and did you see ehr athletic ability during the reward challenge? A gym teacher who can't throw a spear or shoot a bow and arrow???? Puh-leaze!

I got sick to my stomach when I saw the previews with the 4 of them - Rob, Alex, Heidi and Jenna - just lying around while the others did the work. I certainly hope they're not the final 4!! I can't think of more UNworthy people to win Survivor. If I had to choose one, it would be Alex.

I don't think Matt is that bad...I think it's very much editing and a bunch of immature morons yacking up an idea (that he's crazy) that they latched on to, and they're playing that up. I also don't think there's anything wrong with Matt thinking that he and Rob have an alliance or that he has friends there...how can you have an alliance without trust? Deana sure was quite comfortable with HER "alliance". And everyone seems friendly when they're together...HE doesn't know how rotten they are when he's not there.

Is it just me, or does this seem like a meaner group? I mean, I can see "playing the game" but sitting around and laughing how Matt is so stupid to think he's got an alliance is really cruddy.

I was THRILLED to see Deana go...she's been way too cocky for way too long. Strong is one thing...cocky, controlling (or so she thought) and conceited is quite another.

And Heidi...boy, did we all bust out laughing at Jeff's comment regarding Heidi losing one of her abilities...LOL Actually, I thought she was going to say her "althletic abilities and her breasts." Intelligence?? LOL She voted "Denna" off...duh! She must missed school the day they discussed "long vowel sounds" and "short vowel sounds".

I also think that he isn't as spooky as they make Matt out to be. Losing weight gives his face a sunken look, but take a look at early pictures of Matt and realize it's not that bad. And I'll tell you, if he's playing dumb, he's a heck of an actor.

For Heidi being a gym teacher she sure was horrible at the reward challenge. I did feel kinda bad for her with the knee thing. I could relate to that whole it hurts like heck and you are trying really hard not to cry. Does anyone else think the bug challenge was purposely thrown in now because they knew Heidi couldn't do something physical? I sure do.

No, I really don't think so. They plan these things in advance. Besides, the reward challenge was physical.

Why do you think the girls are crying next week? Can't wait to see Deena in the morning! That ought to be good!

Oh, one more thing. If Christie & Butch have any chance at all (and it seems pretty hopeless) they'll have to pull some kind of miracle like Pascal & Neleh did on Marquesas. But the lazy bums have the majority now.

It doesn't look good, does it? The scary thing is that Rob, Jenna and Heidi seem destined for the final four. This could be the worst Survivor since Vecepia won it.

MaryAnn, I SO agree - these folks are just downright nasty and have been since day one to me. Last night I was just praying that Christy and Butch wake up, align themselves with Matt and try pull something, ANYTHING, together. They are just going to be picked off and it will be Jenna, Rob, Heidi and Alex in the final and I will be upset.

And, is it just me, or could Heidi ever look worse than she does right now??

She is looking pretty awful, isn't she? I have to laugh every time she refers to herself as one of the pretty girls. I think she is the one who looks the worst out of all of the girls. It has gotten to the point that I don't care who wins as long as it's not Heidi! She really drives me crazy.

Deena looked to me that she'd rather be anywhere but on the Early show talking about last night's show! I'm sure it was embarrassing for her to watch!

Early Show: What happened?

Deena: Pride cometh before the fall, house of cards fell to pieces, but its the nature of the game. You expect things to go a certain way but some people are conniving and scheming.

Early Show: Why did they all turn on you?

Deena: There was a plan when we merged that said this is the order that we're going to take people off in. I saw that there was a potential threat in Alex. I underestimated the amount of power he had over Jenna & Heidi.

Early Show: Rob - knife in her back?

Deena: She had an absolute pack with Rob. Rob did very clearly say "until it becomes a problem for me I'm going to back you 100%". It worked to his benefit to vote with the majority. That deal went both ways. If she needed to drop Rob and work out something with Christie she could have. She did the best she could with the energy she had left. She just wanted to sleep all day.

Early Show: Immunity challenge with Bug

Deena: I wish I would have attempted it. There was no way I could have shoved that thing down whole. He ate it in less than a second. There would have been no way I would have beaten him anyway.

Early Show: You said something hilarious during the break. Would you mind repeating it?

Deena: I tried to make a move on Alex and the girls weren't ready to give up their snuggle bunny quite yet.

Early Show: Alex called you a liar. Jenna called you a backstabber. Where did this come from?

Deena: I have no idea but its the nature of the game. I can only make assumptions. It appears Heidi may have been saying some things behind the scenes. I can only assume that some people are saying some things that I might not have been privy to. If they peceive me as a liar, backstabber or a threat then I respect that.

Early Show: When the men were separate from the womens tribe the younger thin set were sticking together. Tell me about the chemistry before merge.

Deena: All women tribe was absolutely stressful. At each other's throats. Camp looked horrible, barely making it. There was the separation of the older and younger people. I went with the younger cuter crowd. Switch of tribes added mix with men boosted some of the girls spirits. Tried to stay with a group that she clearly demographically did not belong.

Early Show: You played a good game and that's why you got voted off.

I'm crossing my fingers that Christy, Butch, and Matt can pull off a way to vote out one of the Foursome. Maybe grab Alex, but I doubt that'll happen. I'd much rather see Christy, Butch, Matt, and Alex in the final 4.

I'm with Amy, I liked Deena. A woman with intelligence instead of implants -- it was a breath of fresh air while it lasted .

On Heidi/looks issue, it's just nice to know that when some "babes" don't have any make up on and their hair is a mess, they're nothing to envy. Bwhaaaa! And it's also nice to know that skinny doesn't always equal "babe".

I don't know who I want to win now . You have to give Rob credit for his sneakiness. I think that's all part of the game. I couldn't survive either. I'd wear my heart on my sleeve.

Heidi is looking really rough, but so is everybody else. I'd hate to see what I looked like after living in those conditions for that period of time.

I think Rob made a bad strategic move turning on Deena. He may have "guaranteed" his way into the final four, but he won't make the final three. I think Jenna and Heidi feel far more loyalty to Alex, and just generally like him more. So the only way Rob could make it to the final three would be to either win immunity (he hasn't been doing well in challenges thus far), or to try to get something going with Matt, Butch, and Christy (I hope to see that happen).

Do people agree, or am I missing something here?
