I saw some clippies for Alex's Survivor Challenge... What is that? I haven't ever seen any posts for it. Thanks!!

That challenge was a long time ago. But you can Click HERE to read about it.

It was basically getting back to the basics of the Original Atkins plan from 1972 which did NOT have all the processed foods like are available for the current plan. If you are interested, I have a list of the 1972 'rules' that I would be happy to post for you.
