nikkiestevej, I really like your idea of starting out as 1 big tribe! They should do that, just once to see how it goes.

That being said, I actually also like Redemption Island. I wouldn't do it every show though. And Denisem -- I REALLY miss the immunity and reward challenges being separate!! They need to bring those back for sure!! It did add something extra to the show.

The one big tribe from the beginning sounds interesting.

I think that RI is okay but I wish that the tribes were not allowed to see the RI challenges. That way they would have no idea who might be coming back. Also, I think that RI should be done once the player does rejoin the tribes. I think that the player should come in at the merge and then it's over with. I don't like it that RI is still ongoing and someone has a chance to enter at the end.

I also wish they would separate the reward and immunity challenges like they used to.

Lucky for me then that the God I believe in cares enough to listen to all prayers.

Personally, I'd prefer a God that cares more about people suffering from floods, famine, disease, war, poverty, etc. than a God who cares about selfish greedy people on a south sea island.

I realize that Coach would want to keep their idol secret and not play it but they could have given it to Rick and achieved the same result without Cochran flipping. That way he could have been the double agent for them instead of Ozzy's tribe and avoided the grief that they're giving him.

I actually liked Keith, and wished they could have gotten rid of someone else, but maybe he can get back in. He looked pissed. Next week is gonna be funny- probably some good arguments with Cochran now being "protected" by the other team. I don't like Cochran at all, but what did his tribe expect??? Them to treat him like crap the whole time and then at the merge for him to vote with them. I mean he's certainly not stupid- he knew he was on the bottom of the ladder.

One thing I do not understand: Christine had to do quite a few challenges on RI, Ozzy gets there and before the challenge they are told whoever wins will immediately go back in the game. Not sure how fair that is?
Seems only fair that Christine should have had only one challenge and then back in the game. Doesn't matter who won just doesn't seem fair?

I'm glad 007 flipped, they treat him so bad and coach saw that and worked his magic right away. Poor kid, he is the typical nerd looking kid being bully by the cool and cute looking guys.

I think Ozzy admired Cochran for making a bold move as he did going to RI. IF, big IF, Cochran is in the finals I think this decision will win him the $$.

He won't make it to the finals. He simply moved from the bottom of one tribe to the bottom of the other and Coach is just stringing him along.

As long as they stay divided along tribal lines, after last night he is of no use to either tribe. He is no good at challenges and Coach's group will not sacrifice a strong player for him.

I wondered where the heck the decisions came for Keith and Rick came from? I wasn't expecting that. And unfortunately, I had Keith in the office pool.

Even if the flip doesn't bode well for Cochran, at least his conscience will be clear about moving from a team that berated him as much as they did.

I totally agree with this, but Cochran has totally weaseled his way to the merge and lasted way longer than I expected. Anything can happen! I cannot say I like him much as a player, but I do have empathy for him. I have to wonder if Coach was being sincere with his been there done that chat or was he just playing Cochran.

I, for one, am glad Cochran jumped ship. He's been disrespected, mistreated, and used since day one on that tribe. Finally he had the courage to stand up for himself, put on his big boy pants, and make a move.

However, I hated that he instantly turned around and said "I'll explain later." Uh no, not one person on that tribe (except Dawn) deserves any explanation from you for what you did, Cochran.

I only wish Dawn had flipped too. I'd love to see every one of their cocky smiles wiped off as they each get voted off one by one.

At this point, I'd love to see a Cochran and Dawn make it to final 3. I like Coach & Edna as well.

Not sure I can even bear watching next week's episode, lol. Poor Cochran. I sure wish he'd give it to them, but I have a feeling they'll all come down hard on the poor kid and he won't say a word in his defense.
