survey with car rentals experience?

Don't really know how to set up the survey's???? But if someone can could you set up a survey of car rental experience from MCO airport. Lot's of responces would be helpful for those picking up a car at the airport.

You will get many opinions. We used to use National but now prefer Hertz. We are out of the parking lot offsite in less than 10 mins.
