Survey Spot - Redeemed themselves!

I wrote a note here a week ago stating that I did a survey for at least 1/2 an hour on Survey Spot and then they told me that I didn't qualify. I was extremely upset and I sent them a nasty note. They replied back to me stating that it was a mistake and that I would receive my $10.00 within 2/3 days. I'm so glad that I didn't let their unfairness go. I know that it pays off to speak up.
