Survey site for kids

I have seen some topics here lately about survey sites and one topic about children's survey sites. I found this on the Disney reward program board for a children's survey site. They unfortunately aren't looking for members right now, but you fill out a survey now to hopefully become a future member. Part of the site is affiliated with Nickelodeon.
