I thought I would start a thread where we could share our experiences good and bad with surveys. I think there are a number of programs that get surveys from Greenfield and OTX.

We can talk about the great short survey we got...or the long one that didn't take us back to our reward program... or even whine about the lack of options/surveys to take that day...

I suggest we keep this program neutral... and just talk about the surveys and not the programs we use to access the surveys, so we don't get into a this program is better than that program fight.

I really miss my daily surveys... I used to be able to get one 29 out of 30 days a month...and while I know this is TYPICAL for January... I still miss getting a survey every day... I've gotten 3 so far this month from GF...

I got a nice one yesterday on medicine though... and I'm even happy to do a very long survey... like the electronic/game one I got a few days ago.

Surveys are usually a bit of a struggle for me to get but I have noticed that since the holidays there seem to be even less options. It can get discouraging but I usually keep trying and probably am successful half the time. I keep reminding myself that it is worth it.

I had one today that gave me an end screen with a thank you but didn't take me back to my program. I hate when that happens as I never know whether to try again or not.

Wonderful idea Faith! I don't know about everyone else, but I find it very helpful to hear about the good and the bad when it comes to surveys. I like to know what I'm getting into I guess! Especially if everyone is complaining about a survey being really long and then not taking them back to the program they are doing. Sometimes I will just click out of a survey like that and hope for something better. Of course, lately, with surveys being so hard to come by, I'm giving anything a try!

This can happen due to a couple reasons - you may not fit the profile (age, location, habits) that they are looking for, or you may have been kicked out due to quality control issues (going to fast, missing a control question). Can be frustrating when you've spent the time.

I had good luck yesterday and got a movie survey. I love movie surveys... being paid to watch a preview is fun.

The only problem is that I kept being offered the same survey today... no matter how many times I quit out of it... it kept offering it... I finally had to uncheck the two movie related boxes to get it to give me a different survey.

I did finally get one on taxes.

How far did you go into the survey? I have noticed that a lot of times lately the trailer you watch is different. So it seems like it is the same survey for quite a ways into it, but it is not.

I have only gotten 3 dailys this month. Don't even get me started on the OTX

Offers have slowed way down crediting wise for me too. I've decided to kind of take a break and not obsess too much this month. Hopefully Feb. will pick up.

I'm glad to say that GF has really picked up for me. I've gotten several surveys since I last posted. Plus SR is running the second chance contest now if you get kicked out of one. OTX is still not working for me, but I'm happy to be getting something.

Greenfield does seem to be picking up.

Is anyone else getting surveys over and over again for the same movie but the movie clip is slightly different each time? I'm guessing we're allowed to do it each time since it keeps coming up and the clip is different, but it just seems strange.

We're trying hard to concentrate on surveys these days because offers seem to have stopped crediting. I'm wondering how many people are having the same difficulties with offers. I've tried everything and have been doing this long enough to know all of the usual cookie clearing, new email, etc, tricks and nothing helps. Has anyone else run into this and successfully found something that works?

I did do a slightly different survey for the same movie... so there are multiple ones that are similar... but different...

As for the offers... I'm sure you've heard and tried all this already.
Clear cookies before trying an offer.
Use a unique email address (I'm using the gmail . trick)
Empty your email box before doing the offer to better see email confirmations.
Check your security settings for your browser (3rd party cookies) and firewall.
when you get to the silver, gold, platinum part... make sure to click on the required number of offers for each part. I leave these windows open.
Then I check for email confirmations.
Then after about 5 minutes... I close all the windows and wait for the hour.

I can't get modpath offers to credit... but most others do.

I'm sure you tried all this already... hope your luck changes.

Hopefully no matter where you do your Greenfield surveys, you saw a nice burst over the weekend. It looks like they must have loaded a LOT into the router at the end of last week. No word yet on how they are going to look for this week. But when they load them into the router, it is generally across ALL rewards sites. Weekend numbers looked really good...better than they have in a long time.

Thanks, Faith. Unfortunately, I've tried it all and nothing helps. I can get credit for the offers that don't involve the yes/no questions fine (things like the car insurance ones, the health offers, etc). But any offer that involves the yes/no questions won't credit. The MID, aisle#7, modpath, elpath, doesn't matter which ones, I'm at a complete standstill. Very frustrating. So, for now, surveys are all that are working. At least they are picking up!

Surveys are definitely picking up. Glad to hear you are noticing an increase also! Nice to see! This is definitely a great time for everyone to give it a try!

I'm not getting any of the extras either. I can do the paid clicks, the surveys, and the scratch off but none of the others. They keep telling me to delete cookies but it still isn't working. I can even get the certificates but no credits...

Unfortunately, I think they have started cracking down by using IP addys, at least in my case, since changing emails doesn't work and cookies are not an issue on my end because other kinds of offers, surveys, and shopping are tracking fine. Sadly, there is nothing I can do to change that, so for now I'm just out of luck. I wonder if this is a permanent thing or whether they hold an ip for just a certain amount of time? I started noticing it around a month ago. Up until then, there would always be a few offers that didn't credit, but now it is everything.

Got a survey today that on one page complained that I had selected more than one option per row when I hadn't... not only that... but I couldn't select more than one option per row since it was the type of button that would only let you select one thing.

I finally played with it and with a certain selection, it let me go to the next page... I couldn't answer honestly... had to answer a certain way to get it to let me go on to the next question.

It was a question about what design item would look best in what style room.

I think they are also cracking down on the dot-gmail thing. I stopped using it at all just to be safe. Kind of makes it difficult since you can only use an email so many times since there are so many shared databases. I do think they purge the ip datatbase at some point, I have no idea when, but I know often I'll stop getting the modpath (?) type offers (the kind that end w/ gold silver platinum w/ the blue buttons), but then I'll get a streak of them, then they stop again, and I have a static ip, its been the same for over a year and a half. But the offers that end w/ similar pages, but text links instead of blue buttons, they always credit for me. Who knows the rhyme or reason, along w/ greenfield and otx/amp, I'm just glad to get something to add to the fund, free money is free money
