Hope you're being good and staying in bed!!! And that you're feeling better soon! It's always the way...the Mom gets run down because she's stressing about all the little details before a trip and this time of year makes you more run down to begin with, you NEED TO GET BETTER!!!

Loving all the updates, you've done so much! You're going to love Raglan Road, one of my favs!! Yes, bread pudding, delish!!

Is it bad that I want to fast forward to when you get back so we can hear what happens with the thoughts of a possible engagement lingering?!

I stayed in bed...for most of the day. I am the world's worst patient. But, I will admit I was a little concerned that my neck hurt so much...must have just slept weird.
I did do quite a bit from bed...so, my day off wasn't a total loss. PHEW! I have to work for the next two days.
I read about Raglan Road in my Mousejunkies book...great reviews!! Can't wait to try it...it'll be a first.

Feeling ALOT better!!! Hoping this will be gone by Sunday! I did manage to get alot done yesterday...even from bed. I found and started season one of Downton Abbey...why does my mind want to call it Downtown Disney?!? Loved that...but, that's a conversation for another board...
I had a moment of insanity when I considered rearranging ALL of our plans to score a ressie at a dessert party. I quickly decided that would be CRAZY!!! I did spend an hour on hold with WDW to try to get a dessert party ressie for a night that would work with the plans we already had...no luck. BUT, I spent the hour with the phone on speaker, listening to WDW park music...Walking Right Down the Middle of Main St USA, It's a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow, The Pirates of the Caribbean...CAN'T WAIT TO GET THERE!!! I also inquired about an Illuminations Cruise...a little pricey but, since I LOVE Illuminations...I think it would be SO worth doing. I will call back each morning to see if there are any openings. I printed out all of the paperwork from all of my emails and organized it all into a Disney binder. I packed...yes, I was supposed to stay in bed but, I couldn't resist...tried on all of summer stuff which was packed away...because it's in the 30s here...BUT, IT'S GOING TO BE 70-80s AND SUNNY NEXT WEEK!!!! I even tried on my bikini...it's actually a "mom-kini" the bikini with the skirty bottom...nothing more beautiful than a 40 something woman, from New England, in December sporting a bikini!
I took my mom out for her birthday pedicure!
I FINALLY ORDRED MVMCP TICKETS!!! I have been waiting on the weather...and it looks great for the week. A couple of scattered showers here and there but, I feel safe that 12/11/12 will be a great night...for more than one reason!

OMG...what a difference a day and antibiotics make!!! SOOOOOOOOOO happy and relieved to be feeling better!
I said it's a "mom-kini" NOT really a bikini! I do believe there is a BIG difference! But, who cares...if it's 80 and sunny, I don't care what it looks like!
I am so excited...for EVERYTHING! Matt called this AM and said Fedex may be delivering "something" today!!! I'll keep you posted!!! I think the rain will be fine...it just scattered showers on a couple of days...not too worried, as long as it's warm and not in the 20s like 2010!

Soooooo...I think I posted something this afternoon about how great life is...and that I feel great...and I'm not stressed. WELL...how quickly things changed. DD15 called to tell me that she and DD17 were in a car accident! That was my reaction!!!
They are both fine...however, it was a major accident all cars needed to be towed, one boy went to the hospital by ambulance, ?broken arm but, otherwise walking around at the scene...and according to my DD is now home and tweeting about it on Twitter.
My DD was driving my car, which is now not drivable. So, work was immediately stopped...I took off to the accident...hugged them both and didn't want to let go. The police gave me a copy of the report, called the insurance, called the tow company, called the autobody shop. I then resumed work...and just finished. Tomorrow...instead of working, I'll need to go to the tow yard, have the car towed to the autobody, let the adjuster know where the car is...and hope he can appraise it tomorrow so, that the autobody can start the repairs; go to the police station and the RMV...and hope that all of this is all set before we leave. I am truly counting my blessings that all parties are fine. However, I am so frustrated that I have done very little for a week after being sick...and NOW I have to take care of this...and we are down one car...and we leave in 60 hours.

Trying to breeeeeeeeeeeathe.....................the girls are fine, REALLY shaken up but, fine. Getting that phonecall was a mom's worst nightmare!!! So grateful and blessed that they and everything will turn out fine.
I have done as much as I can with the insurance, the police dept, the autobody...it's all in all of their hands at this point.
I took today off to get this all dealt with...right now, nothing more I can do but, just wait.
I told the kids...just 6 more hours and you're all on vacation...I need to try to get back to that mode. I have my Starbucks and I don't go back to work until 12/20!!!
So, getting back to the Disney plans...were at T minus 44.5hours!
First things first...another proposal clue...DBF said that he has a FedEx delivery coming today...he has tracked it and it is on the truck and will be delivered before 3pm and will require a siggie and that I can NOT open it!!!! He asked if I would not go out...and to please wait for this delivery, as it could change the fate of our entire vacation!
We had looked at engagement rings on Amazon a few weeks and I added this ring to my wishlist...and got a notification the other day that it is no longer available....Hmmmmmmmm COULD IT BE???????

It has been a long week!!! But, it's over and we are officially in Disney mode!!! I went to bed, feeling pretty normal and woke up at 5am officially in panic mode...it has finally sunk in that we are going!!!! FedEx arrived yesterday afternoon...with a package from a jeweler!!! The girls are doing fine...much better, although, at this moment I have no idea where my car even is!?! But, none of it matters because we're getting up in 20 hours to leave for Disney!!!

WOW...it's really here!!!!!!!!!!! I came home last night from running errands...one being the police report I honestly have no idea where my car is at the moment!!! It was supposed to be towed from the tow lot to the autobody...no one called me back to let me know it had been moved. I almost don't even care!!! We get up in 19 hours at 3am, the shuttle comes at 3:30am; the flight takes off at 6:15am...and we'll be on our way!!! I went to bed last excited and feeling calm but, woke up this morning...eyes popped open and I jumped out of bed. There is a list in my head that keeps replaying of all the things I need to get done....feeling SO excited but, almost panicked...right on the edge...I probably look like I am on autopilot...wine would be good but, it's only 8am!!!
The FedEx man came yesterday at 2:55pm....with 5 minutes to spare! He dropped off an envelope that had a little square box inside. I texted DBF...he said DO NOT open it, please put it in the safe. Oh and BTW, the return address on the box was for a jeweler!!!
He came home early...we ran out to get coffee, he took me to Home Depot and did not even laugh when I told him I needed a LGMH!!! I couldn't find one. I need to remember to make one. We went to my mom's for her birthday...my dad made a great dinner...we said all of our goodbyes.
DBF just went out to get Starbucks; oh how I will miss that. DD11 and I are on our way out to get our nails done, at 10am. We need to drop the dogs off at 3pm Finish laundry and packing...and then off to bed!!!!!!!!!!!

Almost time for bed!!!! Only 8 1/2 hours til it's time to get up!!! I turned in my work laptop so, no more emoticons or multi-quote replies....all communication will now be done by phone. Work is done, nails are done, packing is done, laundry is done, dogs are dropped off at the kennel, dinner is done, we're all showered, made the biggest LGMH ever so, I should be easy to find! The only things left are to attach DME tags and download pics off phone to computer. Can't wait to get there!!!!
