I recently changed my SW flight to save some money. I had to switch to a later flight to get the better rate. Now, my car reservation had a return time of 12 noon although I picked the car up at 5:30 p.m. on the pick-up day. I tried to change the drop-off time to 5:30 and the rate went up over 100 dollars!! So, I called Alamo and told them my story and the reservation agent went in and changed the drop-off time without any change in my rate.
