surprising things you never knew you could buy at the Disney parks

Thanks guys! If you have any others, particularly similar to things like thermometers and condoms, keep 'em coming :)

Well, pretty much everything at the Japanese Pavilion. It's my kids' favorite shop at WDW, and having lived in Japan myself for 2 years, makes me feel like I'm back there. Kimonos, chopsticks, tea sets, incense, door screens, the mix and match plates/bowls/cups (in Japan, a "matched set" of china is frowned upon. The more variety, the better.) Anything Pokémon, anime, or manga practically.

Vera Bradley Disney specific prints. Are those still a thing?

I’ve heard that behind the counter in the gift shops they have things like those little moleskin pads for foot blisters, though fortunately I’ve never had to ask for them. Can anyone confirm?

Honestly to me the most surprising thing I saw for sale at our Disney resort store was cigarettes. Like, it shouldn’t have been surprising, if I had thought about it – WDW is massive and I get that guests have to be able to buy those somewhere, not everybody can go to that little Speedway – but it just seemed like something they’d think is unDisney™. But, hey, money.

You can buy a little baggie of just the mickey-shaped pin backs for Disney pins, if you lose some. Or if you want to make your unlicensed pins from the Internet more “official,” haha :D

I agree - socks and underwear !
The airport checked our bags - I packed in Ziploc bags and they lost my DD's socks and underwear
Not to fret - my DD was happy :) with her new princess underwear and Disney themed socks (my DD was 7 when it happened)

At Epcot - Kimono's @ Japan Pavillion, Ice wine at Canada, higher end Perfumes in France, Murano glass products in Italy, Princess Diana tartan in England, England also had commemorative items for Harry and Meghan's wedding, German Steins in Germany, Buddha statues in China, Trolls in Norway, walking puppets in Mexico. Mexico also had tequila pops with the worm in it when we were there last.
