Surprises for bestie's 1st Disney trip!

So my family and I are planning another Disney trip and have decided to surprise my best friend and bring her along. Now we've been 15+ times, but this would be her first trip so I really want to make it special for her.

I've been trying to figure out a way to surprise her with it, but most of the ideas are for little kids while my best friend is in her late teens. But she does love a good surprise. And I'd love to keep the surprises coming once we're there. I know she can get a '1st Time at Disney' button, and since we're staying on the grounds, I figured we could spend some time decorating our MagicBands beforehand. But I'd love to hear some creative ideas of how my family and I can make this a trip she'll never forget.

I've read about the glass slipper dessert which seems to be a reasonable price. It may only be available at one or two places, but is worth a little research.

When is the trip? Maybe you could ask a Fairy Godmailer to send something leading up to the trip.

Would a set of Mickey ears be appropriate for her?

A Behind the Magic tour?

Mickey pants sundae at Boardwalk?

Ride the surrey bikes at one of the resorts where they are offered?

Try out the night vision goggles at AKL?

Wishes Dessert Party?
