Surprise Letter

My 5 year old daughter and I are going to WDW for a mommy daughter trip in November. I have not told her yet. The plan is to surprise her the a.m. of our flight. That being said, does anyone have a surprise letter? I have seen several welcome letters and invites, but not a "surprise, you're going to Disney" type of letter. If anyone is able to make one for me, here are the details:

11/28/12 - 12/5/12
Prefer a princess theme, but also likes all of the traditional Disney characters (Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, etc.).
