I have kept track of my weight on a piece of grid paper. I have sheets that go back 6 years. Well, THis past year I have been making better food choices( more water, more fiber, smaller portions, lower fat, etc..) Nothing huge just simple things. Haven't looked at that chart since Jan. 2009. Looked at it today after I weighed myself. Surprise. I went from 237 to 223. I am so happy! I am needing to loose more. My ideal is 50 pounds but I am going to take it 5 pounds at a time. Much more sane. Each week I am going to try to adjust or change one thing that keeps me from being fit and health. An adventure in my life!!
