Surprise! Help Me Get Her Good! [Mom, if you're lurking. Don't peek!]

Hey DISers!
My mom and I are going to Disney soon, and she always works hard to make trips special with little surprises/pranks/joyful randomness for us while we're there. This time, I really want to have little surprises throughout the trip for her.

Any ideas for neat little pranks or surprises in Disney? (She already knows about the Beverly)

One idea I had was with the phonebooths, I'm having someone call her and flirt with her in a british accent while I stand by and get pics.

Also, we have an ADR at Prime Time--anything fun I could do with that?

Anyway, I'm open to any and all ideas.

Do you know about the Singing in the Rain umbrella prank? I pulled it on my sister. I had her go stand under the umbrella for a picture. She was delighted when it started raining around her. Then, I stood under the umbrella for a picture, but didn't step on the black pad, so it wouldn't rain. She was very confused, until I showed her what was going on.

The Beverley is a drink at Club Cool in Epcot, originally from Italy. It's a digestive and tastes... unique and kinda nasty. A popular trick is to get first-timers to drink it (and of course catch the face they make on camera)
