Surprise Delivery to Resort for Family?

MY sister and Niece arrived at WDW today and will be there through Sunday. I should have already thought of this but I really want to send them a surprise to their resort. Other than the Disney Florist where can you get a basket of goodies made up and delivered to resort? Just trying to find out all of my options. Is FERALPEG still doing baskets?
