Chinese New Year
Each year the China Pavilion in Epcot has a Chinese New Year celebration. Usually there are Chinese acrobats and special activities for kids. The next Chinese New Year will be on January 26, 2009.

Isabella's birthday in 1/26 ... unsure what to plan for her actual birthday since that is CNY, should we skip CNY and do her bday up that day (BBB /Cindy's breakfast?) all depends on the hours I guess

Arriving on Saturday aprox 11 a.m. planning to be in parks no later than 1 p.m. ADR O'Hana's 5pm

Magic Kingdom again on Sunday, Gabby's first hair cut first on list ADR The Crystal Palace time slot 11:15 early lunch

Epcot on Monday for Chinese New Year celebration, Illuminations (too cold for a birthday cruise in jan?)

How is SOG ,BTW? Have you stayed there before? We are SOG eligable but I don't know if it's *Disney* enough.

with a family of 6, having the biggest rooms available without doing two rooms, well for the price you can't beat it. I think we'll get 'disney enough' while at the parks. Not to mention the restaurants are cheaper at SOG. We haven't stayed there, no, but the thread(s) on the resort board seem to have good responses
