Surfing the Web for Free Gift Certificates to Disney?

I am going to Disney for the 1st time, and on Mousesavers they said something about surfing the web for free certificates good at Disney.... is this true and is it worth it? Which websites are the best and what do you all think about this?

I am considering the following, My Pointsm Milesource, & Blink.
