Surf lessons in San Diego

Headed to San Diego and my daughters (13 &15) want to take surfing lessons. Can anyone recommend a good group/company? We are not staying near the beach but have a car so any local beach will work for us. This is the first time that either of them will try surfing. Thanks!!!

Daughters would probably like Aloha Surfer Girls. Female run and female instructors.

Coronado is a nice beach to learn on as the breaks are gentle. Coronado Surfing Academy is the one on that beach. (Also a nice place to spend the day).

Ha! I may not be too old but I fear I may be too uncoordinated. I may look into it for myself as well, though.
