I love the windows at Magic Kingdom, I think it's so great that they remember those who helped to make Disney what is in such a special way. :goodvibes

I wish I had taken more pictures of the windows. I took the two above on the morning that we entered the park early for our Crystal Palace ADR. I think when I do that with my Mom, that I will try to get some more pictures. It's easier to do with less crowds!

WOW those are gorgeous shots of Main Street.:lovestruc They capture the magic so perfectly! I hope I can get some pictures as nice as yours for our early CP ADR. You have a really good eye!:goodvibes

I love the monorail! ::yes::

And might I suggest a vantage point for a pix like the one above? From the ground up- you may even have to lay down for this, is to get the spires in focus behind the Man and the Mouse.... gorgeous idea, LL! :yay:

I agree with Julez, I LOVE the vantage point. I'm so excited to see what news angles/view points you will do for main street on this trip! I especially love the firehouse, but for obvious reasons of course (my dad) :thumbsup2

Awesome day 37 pics.....love the window shots, never really noticed them before (what a bad DISer I am!! ;)), love the Walt and Minnie one, too! Very cute! Yay for 37 days!

Thanks for reposting Roy...that's one of the pics I was going to steal (borrow???) from you for my scrapbook and I couldn't find it in my saved photos!!! Now I can steal it again ;):rotfl:

Yeay for riding the monorail!!! I can't wait!!! :goodvibes
I can't wait either, there is something about riding the monorail for the first time on each trip that still gets me excited.

Oh, I am sure of it! I really can't wait, I am so looking forward to our time together. :goodvibes
It's the details, like those windows, that make the magic.:wizard:
So very true! :goodvibes

Aw, thanks!

I don't see myself laying down on the ground but I might crouch. :rotfl:

I really can't wait to take more pictures, it's going to be so much fun.

Awesome day 37 pics.....love the window shots, never really noticed them before (what a bad DISer I am!! ;)), love the Walt and Minnie one, too! Very cute! Yay for 37 days!
It's actually Walt's brother, Roy and Minnie. :thumbsup2 The windows are really neat, I never really looked at them before this trip.

Thanks for reposting Roy...that's one of the pics I was going to steal (borrow???) from you for my scrapbook and I couldn't find it in my saved photos!!! Now I can steal it again ;):rotfl:
Oh, you are welcome! Anytime you need a pic, you just let me know and I can email it to you. :goodvibes

I really enjoy your Picture of the Day countdown, it's so fun!

You are getting so close...I agree with you, when you hit the 30s, time really starts to fly! :yay:

I agree with the vantage point for the Roy/Mickey shot- you can always put your camera down lower while you crouch, might take a few tries. I do that a lot- or lift it over my head for a different angle. Sometimes you end up with some goofy stuff, but some really crazy fun angles too. As is, it's a BEAUTIFUL picture. Can I steal that idea for a pic in December? (along with the Dumbo blurry shot...!) :flower3:

I just love the Fire Station store. I have to go in as soon as we get to MK. DH:lovestruc is a Fireman so I have to get a new Christmas ornament each year, but then when I get home I cant decide if I want the ornament to go on my Disney tree or my Fireman tree.:rotfl:

I love the store windows at MK. I always take pictures of the displays. I don't think I have ever been in the fire station.

:lovestruc Main Street! I could easily spend a whole afternoon there. Looking at every single thing in every single store, snacking on various items, perhaps a stop at Casey's. :cloud9:

Hi Ya, LL! I Got back and have just caught up. Sheesh! I was on an airplane and you were moving into a new apartment! Which looks cozy btw -- I like the photo collage! Re the updates I read, the photo a day idea is great, how cool is that?!?! :thumbsup2 You are in the home stretch for your trip! Can you believe it is almost already here?!?!?! :goodvibes RE Liberty Tavern, I was saving that one for our Dec xmas trip, so I was glad to hear that the characters are coming back! Re your bathroom curtain, it looks great hanging up in a real Bathroom! Love that you have a suitcase where you squirrel away all your disney stuff! Your Mom's reaction about her trip w/o your dad is exactly something my mom would say! ;) And lastly, I took a few lighting fixture photos for you in Italy! I just have to get them loaded up, but I will talk about that on my ptr, so as not to clutter yours! I will let you know when I get them for you!

Of course you can steal it! I am sure shots like that have been taken lots of times at Disney! :goodvibes

I have never been in the Fire Station but I have seen pictures from it and it looks really neat inside!

I love everything about Main Street, it's just so inviting and so many details to take in.
